This website and online store are operated by GUSHEER LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business under the brand and store name Lumière Global.

Throughout this Shipping Policy, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to GUSHEER LLC and the Lumière Global brand/store. Lumière Global is the public brand name and online store operated by GUSHEER LLC.

Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

  1. Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is successfully completed, unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout.

Business days do not include weekends, public holidays, shipping carrier holidays, or warehouse holidays.

During busy periods, holidays, sales events, product restocks, or unexpected operational delays, processing time may be longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to contact you.

  1. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is usually around 7–15 business days after the order has been shipped.

Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country or region, shipping carrier, customs processing, local postal service, weather, holidays, inspections, and other circumstances outside our control.

Please note that estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

  1. Shipping Locations

Depending on the product, destination, inventory, and fulfillment arrangement, orders may be shipped from China, the United States, or other available fulfillment locations.

Because we sell physical DIY craft supplies, charms, beads, assorted bead mixes, small accessories, handmade or prepared craft materials, and related creative products internationally, some orders may require cross-border shipping.

  1. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your shipping method.

Tracking updates may take several days to appear after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

For international shipments, tracking may update slowly while the package is in transit, during customs processing, or after it is transferred to a local delivery carrier.

  1. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping fees may vary depending on the destination, order value, package weight, shipping method, and promotional shipping offers available at the time of purchase.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped, unless otherwise required by law or approved by us in writing.

  1. Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other local charges depending on the destination country or region.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not controlled by GUSHEER LLC or Lumière Global.

We are not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, rejected customs clearance, or fees charged by customs authorities, local postal services, or delivery providers.

We do not refund orders due to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, local delivery fees, customs delays, or import restrictions.

  1. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, returned packages, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at lulusales@lumiereglobal.shop with your order number.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.

  1. Failed Delivery, Refused Packages, and Unclaimed Packages

If a package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal, unpaid customs fees, or because the package was not claimed in time, we are not responsible for reshipping or refunding the order.

If the package is successfully returned to us and the items are still in sellable condition, we may offer reshipment at the customer’s expense or another reasonable solution at our discretion.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

  1. Lost, Delayed, or Stuck Packages

Shipping delays can happen due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, inspections, local delivery conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your package appears delayed or tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us at lulusales@lumiereglobal.shop with your order number. We will do our best to help check the tracking information or assist with a carrier investigation where possible.

A delay does not automatically qualify for a refund or cancellation once the order has been shipped.

  1. Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered, but you cannot find it, please first check your mailbox, front door, reception area, building office, parcel locker, neighbors, family members, or local delivery carrier.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier unless we determine that there was a clear seller error.

  1. Damaged Packages During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lulusales@lumiereglobal.shop.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the outer package, shipping label, product, and any damaged items.

We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or another reasonable solution depending on the situation.

  1. Order Cancellation Before Shipping

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours after purchase, as long as the order has not been processed, packed, or shipped.

After 24 hours, or once an order has entered processing, packing, or shipping, the order cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at lulusales@lumiereglobal.shop with your order number.
