Return and Refund Policy

This website and online store are operated by GUSHEER LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business under the brand and store name Lumière Global.

Throughout this Return and Refund Policy, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to GUSHEER LLC and the Lumière Global brand/store. Lumière Global is the public brand name and online store operated by GUSHEER LLC.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from our store, you agree to this Return and Refund Policy.

  1. General Policy

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, wrong selection, color preference, size preference, buyer’s remorse, accidental orders, or items that are no longer wanted after purchase.

Due to the nature of our products, including DIY craft supplies, charms, beads, assorted bead mixes, random mixed items, small accessories, handmade or prepared craft materials, and related creative products, all items are sold as final sale unless otherwise required by law or approved by us in writing.

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

  1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours after purchase, as long as the order has not been processed, packed, or shipped.

After 24 hours, or once an order has entered processing, packing, or shipping, the order cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at lulusales@lumiereglobal.shop with your order number.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation. We will confirm whether the order can still be cancelled based on its processing status.

  1. No Returns or Exchanges After Shipping

We do not accept returns or exchanges after an order has been shipped, except where required by law or approved by us in writing.

Please review all product photos, descriptions, sizes, colors, quantities, materials, product options, shipping information, and processing times carefully before placing your order.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product, quantity, option, color, size, and shipping address at checkout.

  1. Random, Mixed, or Assorted Products

Some products may include assorted, mixed, random, or color-themed beads, charms, accessories, or craft supplies.

The exact pieces included may vary slightly from the photos, but the overall color theme, style, and product type will remain similar to the product listing description.

Small differences in color, shape, size, finish, bead distribution, charm selection, decorative pieces, and quantity distribution may occur due to lighting, screen settings, camera angles, production batches, handmade preparation, and the random nature of mixed products.

These normal variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for a return, exchange, or refund.

  1. Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please email us at lulusales@lumiereglobal.shop with your order number and clear photos of:

The outer package;
The shipping label;
The product received;
Any damaged, incorrect, or missing items;
Any visible packaging damage.

We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or another reasonable solution depending on the situation.

We may not be able to help if the issue is reported more than 7 days after delivery, or if clear photos and order information are not provided.

  1. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, local postal services, inspections, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, unclaimed packages, or other circumstances outside our control.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding the order unless we determine that there was a clear seller error.

If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help check the tracking information or assist with a carrier investigation where possible.

  1. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal, or unclaimed package, we may offer reshipment at the customer’s expense if the package is successfully returned to us and the items are still in sellable condition.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

  1. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other local charges depending on the destination country or region.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not controlled by GUSHEER LLC or Lumière Global.

We do not refund orders due to customs delays, import taxes, customs duties, VAT, local delivery fees, refused customs clearance, or import restrictions.

  1. Return Shipping

Do not send any items back without contacting us first and receiving written return instructions.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

The business registration address listed on our website or policies may not be the return address. If a return is approved or required by law, we will provide return instructions after reviewing the request.

Unless the issue was caused by our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, customs fees, taxes, and any other costs related to returning the item.

  1. Refunds

Refunds are only offered when required by law or when we determine that there was a clear seller error, such as sending the wrong item, a verified missing item, or a verified damaged item.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method when possible.

Please note that banks, card issuers, and payment providers may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped, unless otherwise required by law or approved by us in writing.

We do not provide returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Accidental orders reported after the cancellation window;

Normal handmade, batch, or material variations;
Random or assorted mix differences;
Minor size, shape, finish, or distribution differences;
Shipping delays outside our control;
Customs delays or import fees;
Unclaimed packages;
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer;
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier;
Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper storage, or handling by the customer.
